| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究滇白珠地上部分的化学成分。方法 :质谱、核磁等鉴定结构。结果 :从 95 %乙醇提取物的氯仿淬取相中获得 4个化合物 ,正三十二烷酸及同系物 (1) ,熊果酸 (2 ) ,香草酸 (3)和槲皮苷 (4 )。结论 :化合物 1,4为首次从该植物中得到 ,化合物2和3为首次从地上部分得到。

| Abstract: | Objective:To separate and identify the chemical constituents of the aerial part of Gaultheria leucocarpa var. yunnanensis .Method:The compounds were extracted with solvents, isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectral analysis.Result:Four compounds were identified as n-dotriacontane and its homologous compound(1),ursolic acid(2), vanillic acid(3), and quercitrin(4).Conclusion:The compounds 1,4 were obtained from the plant for the first time, and 2 and 3 were from above ground part of the plant for the first time. |
