摘    要:目的 应用血流向量成像(VFM)技术评价房间隔缺损(ASD)患者术前及术后短期内右心室腔舒张期血流流场变化。方法 选择20名健康志愿者为对照组,20例经手术治疗的Ⅱ孔型ASD患者为ASD组,于手术前后在VFM成像模式下观察右心室腔血流向量图、流线图及涡流图的流场变化规律,对比分析右心室舒张期基底段、中间段及心尖段流场峰值速度(Vp)、峰值流量(Fp)及舒张期正向流量(DQ+)等血流参数变化。结果 与对照组比较,ASD组术前右心室舒张期向量线及流线密集、方向杂乱,三尖瓣前叶及隔叶下方涡流面积增大,术后右心室腔内向量线及流线密集程度减小,方向趋于一致,涡流数减少且面积减小,但较对照组仍有一定差别。ASD患者术后短期内右心室舒张期各节段血流的Vp、Fp及DQ+较术前明显降低,但仍高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 ASD患者术后右心室腔舒张期血流流场动力学较术前明显恢复,但短期内仍未恢复至正常状态。VFM技术可用于ASD术后血流动力学状态的监测与随访。
