平阳霉素局部给药对口腔鳞癌术前化疗疗效观察

目的 :观察平阳霉素局部应用在口腔鳞癌术前化疗中的疗效 ,寻找平阳霉素最有效的给药途径。方法 :43例病人随机分为两组 ,分别以静脉滴注和局部病灶内浸润注射给药。结果 :以静脉给药 2 3个病例中特效 4例 ,占 17.4% ,显效 11例 ,有效 5例 ,无效 3例。局部给药组 2 0个病例中特效 12例 ,占 60 % ,显效 6例 ,有效 1例 ,无效 1例。静脉给药无副作用 2例 ,占 8.7% ,局部给药无副作用 12例 ,占 60 %。结论 :平阳霉素局部应用比静脉给药治疗口腔鳞癌 ,疗效好 ,副作用少 ,建娱平阳霉素术前化疗采用局部给药的方式。

Obseration of curative of preoperative pingyangmycin chemotherapy for oral cancer by local injection

Objective:To evaluate curative effects of preoperative Pingyangmycin Chemotherapy for oral squamous cell carcinomal by local injection. Method: 43 cases oral cancer divided into groups at random according to the methods of how to use Pingyangmycin. The curative effects and side-effects of Pingyangmycin chemotherapy of the two groups were compared.Result: In group one, pingyangmycin were droped into vein, 65% of group one(23 cases) have singnificant effect of chemotherapy and have same rate (65%) of serious side-effects. In group two, Pingyangmycin were local injected, 90% of 20 cases have singnificant effect of chemotherapy and only 15% of all cases have serious side-effects. Conclusion: Pingyangmycin were local injected have more singnificant effects of chemo-therapy and less side-effects and it is unnecessary for Patients to accept a large amunt of drugs.
