老年人体脂分布类型与脑梗死、胰岛素抵抗相关性的研究

目的　研究老年人体脂分布类型与脑梗死、胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法　选取老年脑梗死病人作为研究对象 ,调查体重指数 (BMI)、腰围 /臀围比值 (WHR)、血压、血胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 胆固醇 (HDL C)、血糖 (FBG)、胰岛素 (INS)及胰岛素敏感性指数 (ISI)。结果　外周型超重组脑梗死发生及血压、TG、INS高于非超重组 ,HDL C、ISI低于非超重组 ;而中心型超重组脑梗死发生、血压、INS水平高于外周型超重组 ,HDL C ,ISI低于外周型超重组。结论　老年人体脂分布类型与胰岛素抵抗密切相关 ,是脑梗死的重要危险因素。

The study on the relationship between body fat distribution and cerebral infarction and insulin resistance in delerly patients

Objective To study the relationship between body fat distribution and cerebral infarction and insulin resistance in elderly patients.Methods A survey was carried out in aged cerebral infarction patients.Body mass index(BMI),waist hip ratio(WHR),systolic and distolic blood pressure(SBP,DBP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) fasting blood glucose(FBG),insulin and insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were measured.Results In the overweight group with peripheral fat distribution,the prevalence of cerebral infarction,SBP,DBP,INS were significantly higher,whereas mean HDL C,ISI were significantly lower than non overweight group.In the overweight group with central fat distribution,mean cerebral infarction,SBP,DBP,INS were significantly higher,whereas mean HDL C,ISI were significantly lower than the overweight group with peripheral fat distribution.Conclusion Body fat distribution is correlated with isulin resistance and is an important risk factor of cerebral infarction in aged patients.
