| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声造影在诊断肝占位性病变中的应用价值.方法 应用Sono Vue超声造影剂对25例肝占位患者共29个病灶行超声造影,并与常规超声检查结果进行比较.所有病例均经手术或穿刺活检病理证实.结果 不同病理类型的病灶其超声造影的灌注模式各有其特点.超声造影前后的诊断差异率有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 超声造影可以明显提高肝占位性病变的定性诊断符合率,为肝占位性病变的诊断提供了一种新的检查方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of liver occupying lesion.Methods Twenty five cases with twenty nine liver occupying lesion were referred to contrast-enhanced uhrasonographie examination and re- sults were analysed retrospectively.All cases were confirmed with surgery or biopsy.Results There was significant difference in the perfusion mode of different pathotype of liver occupying lesion and in the diagnostic rate before and after contrast-enhanced ul- trasonographic examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is superior to gray-scale ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging in the detection and characterization of liver occupying lesion,and has become a newly effective method. |
