纳络酮在肺性脑病中的疗效观察

目的 探讨肺性脑病的发病机理以及纳络酮的药物作用机理,观察纳络酮在肺性脑病中的疗效.方法 在控制性吸氧,强有力抗生素抗感染(静脉给药),通畅气道等一般综合治疗基础上应用.另开静脉通路,将纳络酮2～6毫克,溶于500～1000ml生理盐水中,开始每分钟1毫升速度静脉滴注,以后根据病情调速,每天1次,共用2～7天.结果 明显的提高了抢救成功率.结论 纳络酮具有快速、简便、相对安全、兼顾重要脏器、疗效优等优点,应用后使病人渡过危险期,为病因及诱因治疗争取时间,值得临床应用.

The Naloxone in the Lung Brain Disease of Curative Effect Observation

Objective To make an inguiry into the outbreak reason of the lung brain disease and the function of the naloxone,and to observe the curative effect of the naloxone in the hung brain disease.Methods In the condition of controlled absorb oxygen,powerful and antibiotic anti-infection(vein giving medicine),unobstructed windpipe.Then open another vein thorough fare,mix2~6 millgrams of the naloxone with the 500~1000ml physiology brine.At first,a milliliter per minute vein drop,then adyust according to the condition,once everyday,use 2~7 days.Results Raised the salvage success rate obviously.Conclusion The naloxone has advan tage of fast,simple and opposite safety,in the addition to important organs and the curative effect,so the pa tient can get through the dangerous period after apply and fight for time for the cause of disease and inducement.That is worthy of clinical application.
