儿童家长对手足口病及接种EV71疫苗的认知程度调查

目的通过调查对社区居民在手足口病及EV71疫苗方面的相关知识和态度进行了解,为更好的预防手足口病、进一步顺利开展健康教育工作提供建议。方法2018年1月—2019年1月在四季青镇社区卫生服务中心接种门诊随机抽取自愿加入的3周岁以下(含3周岁)婴幼儿家长共计700名作为调查对象,以调查问卷的形式了解其对手足口病相关知识及EV71疫苗了解程度,并录入Excel统计数据。结果本次调查中,填写700份问卷,有效为678份(96.86%)。其中,了解手足口病的途径主要为大众媒体(61.50%)、医务工作者(55.60%)、宣传海报/传单/黑板报等阅读类材料(47.35%)、互联网检索(43.95%);其中95.43%的家长了解手足口病病症表现部位;89.82%了解手足口病的传播途径;73.75%了解手足口病可以由多种病毒引起;仅有49.26%听说过EV71疫苗;86.43%认为疫苗有预防疾病、降低死亡率的作用。结论目前大多数家长对于手足口病及接种EV71疫苗的认知程度较低,对此需要加强疾病宣传的有效度,让更多家长主动带孩子接种疫苗,降低疾病对患儿及家庭造成的危害。

Investigation on Children’s Parents’Cognition of Hand-foot-mouth Disease and EV71 Vaccination

Objective To understand the related knowledge and attitude of community residents on hand-foot-mouth disease and EV71 vaccine through investigation,so as to provide suggestions for better prevention of handfoot-mouth disease and further smooth development of health education.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,a total of 700 parents of infants under 3 years old(including 3 years old)who voluntarily joined the vaccination clinic in Sijiqing town community health service center were randomly selected as the survey objects.Their knowledge of hand-footmouth disease and EV71 vaccine were obtained through questionnaires,and Excel statistical data were entered.Results In this survey,700 questionnaires were filled out,with 678(96.86%)valid.Among them,the main ways to understand HFMD are mass media(61.50%),medical workers(55.60%),publicity posters/leaflets/blackboard newspapers and other reading materials(47.35%),Internet search(43.95%).Among them,95.43%of parents knew the location of hand-foot-mouth disease.89.82%knew the transmission route of HFMD;73.75%knew that hand-footmouth disease can be caused by multiple viruses.Only 49.26%have heard of EV71 vaccine.86.43%believed that vaccines could prevent diseases and reduce mortality.Conclusion At present,most parents have a low level of knowledge about hand-foot-mouth disease and EV71 vaccination.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the effectiveness of disease publicity so that more parents can take the initiative to vaccinate their children and reduce the harm of the disease to children and their families.
