个性化中医综合护理干预对腰椎术后肌源性腰痛患者疗效观察

目的:探讨两种中医综合护理对腰椎术后肌源性腰痛患者的干预效果.方法:48例腰椎术后肌源性腰痛患者随机分为对照组(24例)和观察组(24例),两组患者均采取活血化瘀药物、功能锻炼指导、情志护理等中医综合护理,观察组采取活血化瘀药物、依托微信公众平台行功能锻炼指导、情志护理等个性化中医综合护理干预.观察治疗前、14 d(治疗中)、28 d(治疗结束)两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、腰椎功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)变化情况.结果:(1)全部病例完成临床观察,观察组总有效率91.67％,对照组总有效率83.33％,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)治疗14 d、28 d后,与治疗前相比,观察组VAS评分、ODI评分、HAMA量表比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗14 d、28 d后,两组间比较均有明显差异(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:腰椎术后肌源性腰痛患者依托微信公众平台实施个性化中医综合护理干预,并取得明显效果,能更好的减轻患者疼痛、焦虑程度,促进腰椎功能恢复.

Observation of the Effect of Two Kinds of Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Myogenic Low Back Pain After Lumbar Surgery

Objective:To observe the curative effect of two kinds of Integrated nursing intervention of TCM in patients with myogenic low back pain after lumbar surgery.Methods:48 patients with myogenic low back pain after lumbar surgery were randomly divided into control group(n=24)and observation group(n=24).Both groups of patients were treated with medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,functional exercise guidance and emotional nursing and other traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing.Moreover the observation group took medicine to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,relied on WeChat public platform line function exercise guidance,emotional nursing and other personalized Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing intervention.Observation before treatment,14 d,28 d visual analog pain scores for both groups(VAS),lumbar spinal dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI)and hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA).Results:Clinical observation was completed for all cases,the total effective rate was 91.67%in the observation group and 83.33%in the control group,the difference of total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment for 14 d and 28 d,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions:Patients with myogenic low back pain after lumbar surgery to give the scene of functional exercise guidance and personalized emotional care combined with Integrated nursing intervention of TCM can reduce the patient's pain,anxiety,promote functional recovery.
