可调外固定支具应用于胫骨平台骨折术后的价值

目的探讨可调节角度的外固定支具应用于胫骨平台骨折术后对膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2016年8月—2019年10月本院收治胫骨平台骨折患者,分为:研究组和对照组。研究组术后应用可调节角度的外固定支具治疗,对照组采取低温热塑板材行外固定。对比两组术后膝关节主动活动度、膝关节HSS功能评分。结果研究组在第2周测得的膝关节主动活动度高于对照组(P<0.05);在第3周和第4周测得的膝关节主动活动度跟对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组在术后3个月的膝关节HSS功能评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可调节角度的外固定支具在胫骨平台骨折术后早期使用可促进膝关节功能的恢复。

The Value of External Fixation in Tibial Plateau Fracture

Objective To investigate the effect of adjustable angle external fixator on knee joint function after tibial plateau fracture operation.Methods Patients with tibial plateau fracture were divided into two groups from August 2016 to October 2019,study group and control group.The patients in the study group were treated with adjustable angle external fixation.In the control group,low temperature thermoplastic plates were used for external fixation.The active joint mobility,tibial plateau fracture efficacy score were compared between the two groups.Results The active range of motion of the knee joint in the study group was higher than that in the control group at the second week(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in active range of motion between the two groups at the 3rd and 4th week(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HSS score between the study group and the control group 3 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of adjustable angle external fixator in the early postoperative period of tibial plateau fracture does can promote the recovery of knee joint function.
