Analysis of the Effects of Vaginal Secretions on the Results of Routine Urine Test and Countermeasures

Objective To explore the effect of vaginal secretions on the results of routine urine testing.Methods Selected 64 patients with gynecological diseases from March 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital,and randomly divide them into observation group and control group,32 cases in each group.Routine urine collection was given to patients in the control group and urine collection in the observation group by experimental methods.The detection rates of red blood cells,white blood cells,epithelial cells and urine protein in the urine of the two groups were compared,as well as urine glucose,pH and urine protein.Results The detection rates of red blood cells(χ²=4.010,P=0.045),epithelial cells(χ²=4.730,P=0.030)and urinary protein(χ²=4.010,P=0.045)in the urine of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the detection rates of white blood cells(χ²=0.350,P=0.554)were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the detection rates of urine sugar(t=15.031,P=0.000)and protein(t=7.334,P=0.000),and pH(t=16.724,P=0.000)in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal secretions will affect the results of urine routine examination.The use of test method for urine collection can effectively remove vaginal secretions and reduce the interference to the results.
