甘淳对功能性消化不良脾虚气滞证的诊治经验

功能性消化不良是临床上最常见的一种功能性胃肠病,对于本病甘淳认为其多与感受外邪,内伤饮食,情志失调等因素有关,中医基本病机是脾虚气滞,表现为本虚标实,虚实夹杂,治疗以健脾和胃、调理气机为主.本文拟从病因病机、诊治思路、用药归纳、典型医案四个方面总结甘淳对功能性消化不良脾虚气滞证的诊治经验.

GAN Chun's Experience in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Syndrome of Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation

Functional Dyspepsia is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal diseases in clinic.Professor GAN Chun thinks that it is mostly related to factors such as feeling external evils,internal injury diet,emotional disorders,etc.The basic pathogenesis of Traditional Chinese Medicine is spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,which is manifested as the original deficiency,the standard and the actual,mixed with the deficiency and the actual.The treatment mainly focuses on strengthening the spleen and the stomach and regulating the Qi.This paper summarizes Professor GAN Chun's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome from four aspects:etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment ideas,medication induction and typical medical records.
