Abstract:Objective TO analyze the clinical efficacy of tiotropium bromide powder inhalation combined with budesonide and formoterol in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 70 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation,and the observation group was given tiotropium bromide powder inhalation on the basis of the treatment.The hospitalization time,pulmonary function indexes,blood gas analysis results,C-reactive protein and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the forced expiratory volume at the end of one second,the maximum expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume/vital capacity in the first second were higher than those in the control group.After treatment,the blood gas analysis was improved,C-reactive protein was lower than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Budesonide and formoterol powder inhalation combined with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation is effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD.
