B超检查诊断慢性乙型肝炎的效果

目的评价在诊断慢性乙型肝炎过程中,B超检查的临床应用价值及准确性。方法随机选取本院2019年2月—2020年4月收治的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行此次研究,对所有患者统一进行病理检查以及B超检查,将两种检查方法的检查结果进行对比。分析在进行轻度肝脏病变、中度肝脏病变的检查过程中,两种不同方法的检查结果,以及在进行大三阳和小三阳的检查中,B超检查的结果。结果在进行轻度肝脏病变和中度肝脏病变的检查中,B超检查结果和病理检查结果间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病理诊断结果中阳性率为89.00%;B超检查阳性率为72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行慢性乙型肝炎的临床诊断过程中,B超检查结果的准确性较高,能够较为准确的诊断出轻度慢性乙型肝炎,以及中度慢性乙型肝炎,其准确率和病理检查处于相同水平,对患者的确诊和治疗有积极意义。

Clinical Accuracy and Application Value of B-ultrasonic Examination in the Diagnosis of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the clinical value and accuracy of B ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were randomly selected for this study.Pathological examination and B-ultrasonic examination were carried out for all patients.The results of the two methods were compared.To analyze the results of two different methods in the examination of mild and moderate liver diseases,as well as the results of B-ultrasonic examination in the examination of big three yang and small three yang.Results There was no significant difference between the results of B-ultrasonography and pathological examination in the examination of mild and moderate hepatic lesions(P>0.05).The positive rate of pathological diagnosis was 89.00%.The positive rate of B ultrasound examination was 72.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B,the accuracy of B-ultrasonic examination is relatively high,which can accurately diagnose mild chronic hepatitis B and moderate chronic hepatitis B.its accuracy rate and pathological examination are at the same level,which is of positive significance for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
