The Value of Early Enteral Nutrition in the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients After Hepatobiliary Surgery

Objective To study the value of early enteral nutrition in the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 107 patients with hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group(52 cases)and observation group(55 cases).The nutritional related indicators,gastrointestinal function recovery and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the serum albumin(albumin,ALB),prealbumin(PAB)and prognostic nutritional index(PNI)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support for patients after hepatobiliary surgery is helpful to improve their nutritional status and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
