中药滋阴通络汤联合穴位贴敷对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能改善作用探究

目的:探讨中药滋阴通络汤联合穴位贴敷对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的改善效果.方法:选择我院2019年1月～2019年10月期间收治的40例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分组例观察组为20和对照组20例,对照组患者应用常规对症治疗,观察组患者应用中药滋阴通络汤联合穴位贴敷法进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后血肌酐、血清白蛋白、BUN以及24 h尿蛋白定量指标的改善情况以及TNF-α、IL-6等炎性因子的改善情况.结果:治疗后观察组患者显效9例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率为85％,对照组患者各项数据分别为6例、5例和9例,有效率为55％,比观察组更低,P<0.05.治疗前两组患者血肌酐、血尿素氮、血清白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量以及TNF-α、IL-6炎性因子指标数值非常相似,P>0.05,治疗后两组患者的血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量和血尿素氮数值均降低,血清白蛋白数值提升,TNF-α与IL-6炎性因子指标显著下降,P<0.05,观察组对比对照组患者指标改善更明显,表明疗效更好,P<0.05.结论:联合应用中药滋阴通络与穴位贴敷有助于改善早期糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能情况和炎性指标,保障临床疗效,具有很高的临床应用价值.

Effect of Ziyin Tongluo Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application on Renal Function in Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To study the effect of Ziyin Tongluo decoction combined with Acupoint Application on renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:40 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Ziyin Tongluo decoction combined with acupoint application.The clinical treatment effect of two groups,many indexes before and after treatment such as the improvement of serum creatinine,serum albumin,bun and 24-hour urinary protein quantitative,and the improvement of inflammatory factors TNF-αand IL-6 were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,9 cases of patients in the observation group were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 85%,the data of patients in the control group were 6 cases,5 cases and 9 cases,the effective rate was 55%,which was lower than that of the observation group,P<0.05.In the two groups,the levels of serum creatinine,serum albumin and serum creatinine were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,the improvement of the indexes in the observation group was more obvious,indicating that the curative effect was better,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of Ziyin Tongluo and acupoint application can improve the renal function and inflammatory indexes of patients with early diabetic nephropathy,and ensure the clinical efficacy,which has high clinical application value.
