Abstract:Objective To study the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)for the detection of tumor biomarkers in primary liver cancer.Methods One hundred patients with primary liver cancer treated at Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as primary liver cancer group,and 100 healthy persons were selected in the same period as healthy control group.The levels of tumor biomarkers such as serum alpha fetoprotein(AFP),α-L-Fucosidase(AFU),gamma glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),carbohydrate antigen-199(CA-199)and carcinoembryonic glycogen(CEA)were detected by CLIA.The levels of tumor biomarkers were compared between the two groups.Results The serum levels of AFP,AFU,GGT,CA-199 and CEA were significantly higher in the primary liver cancer group than in the healthy control group(all P<0.05).The positivity rate of AFU,GGT,CA-199,CEA and AFP of the primary liver cancer group were gradually decreased,which were significantly lower than combination detection of the above indices and higher than the healthy control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion CLIA is of high value for the detection of tumor biomarkers in primary liver cancer,and the positivity rate of combination detection is higher than single detection.
