Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of MSCT Combined with Multiplanar Recombination Technique in Patients with Ground-glass Nodule Lung Cancer

Abstract:Objective To study the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)combined with multiplane recombination technique in patients with ground-glass nodule lung cancer.Methods The medical records of 112 patients with suspected ground-glass nodule lung cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The results of surgical biopsy were used as the gold standard to compare the efficacy of conventional axial MSCT images and MSCT combined with multiplanar recombination in the diagnosis of ground-glass nodule lung cancer.In addition,two diagnostic methods were analyzed to show the detection effect of ground-glass nodule lung cancer.MSCT combined with multiplanar recombination technique were compared in patients with nodular lung cancer with different clinical stages of ground glass density.Results Based on the gold standard of surgical pathological biopsy results,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCT combined with multiplanar reconstruction in the diagnosis of ground-glass nodule lung cancer were 76.60%,67.69%and 71.43%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 57.45%,46.15%and 50.89%of conventional MSCT(all P<0.05).The display rate of MSCT combined with multi-plane recombination technology for vacuole sign or air bronchogram sign was 72.34%,which was significantly higher than 44.68%of conventional MSCT(all P<0.05).The percentage of cavitation character or character,air-filled bronchi inⅢ-Ⅳstage ground-glass nodule lung cancer patients were significantly higher thanⅠ-Ⅱstage patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT combined with multiplanar recombination technique is of high value in the diagnosis of ground-glass nodule lung cancer,and it is particularly advantageous in the cavitation sign or air bronchus sign.
