Impact of Humanistic Management on Enthusiasm of Outpatient Nurses

Objective To explore the positive impact and promotion value of adopting the humane management concept guidance mode in the management of outpatient nurses to improve the enthusiasm of nursing staff.Methods Randomly select 50 nurses who have no job change in the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and take the non implementation of humanistic management from January 2018 to December 2018 as the control group,and the implementation of humanistic management from January to December 2019 as the management group.Compare the nursing situation of outpatient nurses before and after humanistic management,and summarize the effect of the management measures.Results Compared with the ordinary management mode,the enthusiasm of outpatient nurses,the quality of nursing care and the evaluation of job satisfaction were significantly improved after humanized management,which was statistically significant before and after(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to make nurses'work properly arranged through humanized management measures,fully mobilize their work enthusiasm,and improve the quality of care for patients.
