梗阻性黄疸患者超声引导下经皮经肝胆管引流术的疗效分析

目的探究梗阻性黄疸患者超声引导下经皮经肝胆管引流术的疗效情况及对凝血功能的影响情况。方法选取2018年9月—2019年11月于我院住院治疗的梗阻性黄疸患者共计98例,将其以随机数字表法的形式均分为观察组及对照组,每组各49例。观察组采用超声引导下经皮经肝胆管引流术进行治疗,对照组运用X线引导下经皮经肝胆管引流术进行治疗,分别于置管完成后比较两组置管成功率、并发症发生率以及治疗前后凝血功能指标间的差异。结果观察组置管成功率95.92%(47/49)高于对照组75.51%(37/49),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率4.08%(2/49)低于对照组18.37%(9/49),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组置管前凝血酶原时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),置管后两组两项指标均升高,观察组时间均长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下经皮经肝胆管引流术对梗阻性黄疸患者疗效更好,且并发症发生率更少。

Clinical Analysis of Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Transhepatic Biliary Drainage in Patients With Obstructive Jaundice

Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic bile duct drainage on coagulation function in patients with obstructive jaundice.Methods Selected 98 patients with obstructive jaundice from September 2018 to November 2019,divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic bile duct drainage,and the control group was treated with X-ray guided percutaneous transhepatic bile duct drainage.Compared the success rate and complications,rates and differences in coagulation function indexes.Results The success rate of catheterization in the observation group was 95.92%(47/49),which was higher than 75.51%(37/49)in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.08%(2/49),which was lower than 18.37%(9/49)in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time between the two groups before catheterization(P>0.05),after catheterization,the two indexes of the two groups were increased,and the time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage is better for patients with obstructive jaundice,and the incidence of complications is less.
