Abstract:Objectives By comparing and analyzing the DRGs related indexes of cardiovascular medicine in a certain hospital, this paper provides reference for the performance appraisal between departments and departments in the hospital, and provides data support for the scientific management of the hospital. Method To select a hospital cardiovascular department from January to June 2020 hospitalization time less than 60 days discharged patients, The four departments were referred to by A, B, C and D, The DRG groups, total weight, time consumption index, cost consumption index, CMI,low risk mortality rate the proportion of interventional patients were analyzed. Results The largest number of DRG groups was C ward group, At least B the disease area as the group. And the highest total weight B 252.1660, At the lowest point, the D ward was 142.7415. CMI analysis of variance in different departments, F value =6.182, P<0.001, The difference between A and C, P=0.001. Cardiac analysis of vascular involvement rates in the four wards, χ2=25.311, P<0.001, At α=0.05, The difference was statistically significant, Continue to do pairwise comparisons, At α=0.008, A ward and B、C、D the difference of vascular intervention rate in the ward was statistically significant, P values were 0.002,<0.001,<0.001, respectively. A variance analysis of hospital days in different wards, F value =14.855, P<0.001, A and B、D areas were found to be different, P values <0.001. A variance analysis of hospitalization costs in different departments, F value are 8.267, P<0.001, The difference is between A and B、C、D, P values are 0.013,0.001,0.037, respectively. Within the time range of the investigation A 1 person died in the ward, B ward and C ward, and 2 people died in the ward. Conclusions By analyzing the DRGs index, combining the three dimensions of medical service ability, efficiency and safety, we could accurately find the advantages and disadvantages of clinical departments, and provide data support for the promotion direction of departments. Through the guiding role of DRGs in hospital internal management, hospitals could also formulate scientific performance management methods combined with DRGs data in the future, and even make rewards and punishment measures according to the relevant data of doctors.
