桑螵蛸炮制的历史沿革考证

桑螵蛸为临床常用收涩药，现代文献研究多集中于桑螵蛸临床应用及理化研究，对于桑螵蛸炮制历史沿革研究较少。笔者通过查阅南齐以来与桑螵蛸相关的本草、医学典籍、方书等古代文献共计59部，归纳总结出包括酒炒、麸炒、盐水炙法等36种桑螵蛸传统炮制方法，并按照采集加工、净制、切制、不加辅料炮制和加辅料炮制等方法进行归纳总结，并对桑螵蛸古今采集时间差异进行分析，遵古炮制应充分考虑螳螂生活的桑树环境，对桑螵蛸古今采集地点差异提出疑问。以期为桑螵蛸的进一步炮制研究及遵古炮制提供思路与参考。

Textual research on the historical evolution of Ootheca Mantidis processing

Ootheca Mantidis is a commonly used astringent drug in clinic. It was first published in the Shennong herbal classic and listed as a top-grade product. Through consulting a total of 59 herbal and medical classics related to Ootheca Mantidis since the Han Dynasty, the ancient processing methods of Ootheca Mantidis were summarized. The methods of collecting Ootheca Mantidis in different periods, processing without auxiliary materials and processing with auxiliary materials were summarized and analyzed, and the processing methods of Ootheca Mantidis in ancient times were summarized.In order to provide ideas and references for the processing research and ancient processing of Ootheca Mantidis.
