小切口切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床疗效观察

目的探讨小切口切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月间上海市浦东新区浦南医院收治的80例甲状腺瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用小切口甲状腺瘤切除术治疗,对照组患者采用传统甲状腺切除术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术指标、疼痛情况及并发症。结果观察组患者手术时长、切口长度及留院时长均短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,美容评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的22.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口切除术治疗甲状腺瘤,能改善患者的手术效果,调节疼痛情况,减少并发症,值得推广。

Efficacy of thyroidectomy through a small incision for the treatment of thyroid tumors

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thyroidectomy through a small incision for the treatment of thyroid tumor.Methods Eighty patients with thyroid tumors who received treatment at Punan Hospital of Shanghai Pudong New Area from July 2019 to July 2020 were studied.They were divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 patients in each group using random number table method.The observation group underwent thyroidectomy through a small incision and the control group underwent traditional thyroidectomy.Clinical efficacy,surgery indices,pain and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of surgery,length of incision and hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding was less in the observation group than in the control group,and the cosmetic score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the pain scores decreased in both groups with the observation group lower than in the control group(all P<0.05).The overall efficacy rate was 97.5%in the observation group which was higher than 82.5%of the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications was 5.0%in the observation group which was lower than 22.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thyroidectomy through a small incision can improve the operation efficacy,adjust pain and reduce the complications in patients with thyroid tumors.It is worthy of promotion.
