抑菌剂抑菌效果观察及女性抗抑菌产品的现状分析

摘    要:目的观察5份含醋酸氯己定女性抑菌剂体外抑菌效果及了解女性抗抑菌剂的产品现状。方法2019年1—6月采用定量悬液抑菌试验方法,对5份抑菌剂进行实验室试验观察。结果该5份抑菌剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌作用2 min,5 min,10 min,20 min,抑菌率均为100%。结论该5份含0.23%~0.38%的醋酸氯己定的中草药提取物复合抑菌剂对普通细菌繁殖体具有较强的抑菌效果。结合本研究团队多年工作实践,分析女性抗抑菌产品的成分组成与消毒效果的关系及产品存在问题,建议加强女性抗抑菌产品质量的监督监测管理。

Observation of Bacteriostatic Effect of Bacteriostatic Agent and Analysis of Product Status of Female Antibacterial/Bacteriostatic Lotion

Abstract:Objective To observe the bacteriostatic effect of 5 female bacteriostatic lotion containing chlorhexidine acetate in vitro and to analyze the product status of female antibacterial agents.Methods 5 samples of female antibacterial agents were observed by quantitative suspension bacteriostatic test from January to June 2019.Results The bacteriostatic agents were tested with escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans for 2 min,5 min,10 min and 20 min,and the bacteriostatic rate were 100%.Conclusion The 5 bacteriostatic samples containing 0.23%~0.38%chlorhexidine acetate and Chinese herbal medicine extract complex antibacterial agent have strong bacteriostatic effect on common bacterial propagators.This study analyzed the relationship between the composition of female antibacterial products and the disinfection effect,as well as the problems existing in the products based on years of practice,and suggested it is necessary to strengthen the supervision,monitoring and management of the quality of female antibacterial/bacteriostatic lotion.
