神曲消食口服液对功能性消化不良小儿消化功能的影响

目的探讨神曲消食口服液对功能性消化不良(FD)小儿消化功能的影响。方法收集2018年6月-2019年6月盘锦市中医医院收治的小儿FD患儿60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用莫沙必利片治疗,观察组在其基础上加用神曲消食口服液,两组均治疗14d。比较两组患儿的临床症状、胃肠激素水平和胃排空能力改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组各症状缓解时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃泌素、胃动素水平高于对照组,而生长抑素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组餐后30 min、60 min、90 min、120min胃排空率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神曲消食口服液能缩短FD患儿症状持续时间,且能从胃肠激素和胃排空方面改善消化功能,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid on Digestive Function of Children with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid on the digestive function of children with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 60 children with FD admitted to our hospital from 2018 June to 2019 June were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mosapride tablets,and the observation group was treated with Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid on the basis of Mosapride tablets.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal hormone levels and gastric emptying capacity of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the remission time of each symptom in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of gastrin and motilin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the somatostatin level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the postprandial gastric emptying rates in observation group were significantly higher than control group after 30 min,60 min,90 min,and 120 min(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid can shorten the duration of symptoms in FD children,and can improve digestive function in gastrointestinal hormone and gastric emptying,which is worthy of clinical application.
