摘    要:目的采用HPLC法测定流感茶中葛根素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-水(25:75),检测波长为250nm。结果葛根素在7.841-250.9μg范围里呈较好的线性关系;葛根素的回收率为99.15%。结论方法操作简单,结果可靠,重复性好,为流感茶质量控制提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the contents of Puerarin in Liugan Cha. Method An HPLC method was developed, mobile phase: methanol-water ( 25 : 75 ) , wavelength at 250 nm. Results Linearity was found in the range of 7. 841-250. 9 μg, the average recovery was 99. 15%. Conclusion This result show that This method is easy to handle , accurate and with good reproducibility , it can be used for quality control for Liugan Cha.
