| 摘 要： | 目的评价白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法152位被诊断为儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的病例随机分为治疗组78例和对照组74例。治疗组用孟鲁司特和吸入糖皮质激素,而对照组仅使用吸入糖皮质激素。并观察呼吸峰流速（PEF）,以及临床疗效。结果治疗组呼吸峰流速（PEF）变异率明显高于对照组。结论孟鲁司特联合吸入激素治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘可以明显提高治疗效果。

Observation of Curative Effect of combing Montelukast with Inhaled corticosteroids in treatment of Children with CVA |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of combing montelukast with inhaled corticosteroids in treatment of children with CVA. Methods All the 152 examples diagnosed CVA were divided into the treatwent group（n =78） and the control group （n =74） randomly. The children in the treatment group were treated with montelukast and inhaled corticosteroids ,and those in the control group were treated with inhaled corticosteroids olny. Observation of clinical therapeutic effect and the peak expiratory flow rate . Result The PEF% was significantly increased in the treatment group. Conclusion Combing cleukotriene receptor antagonist montelukast with inhaled corticosteroids prorates the curative effect in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. |
