山茛菪碱与阿奇霉素联用治疗儿童下呼吸道感染的研究

目的探讨联合使用山茛菪碱与阿奇霉素治疗儿童下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将200例下呼吸道感染患儿随机分成对照组和治疗组各100例。对照组在综合治疗的基础上,给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用山茛菪碱注射液,两组均每日l次,疗程均为5～7d。结果两组患儿在症状、体征持续时间,白细胞升高时间,病程等方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。治疗组的总有效率为90%,对照组仅为77%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组患儿恶心、呕吐、腹痛、静脉疼痛等不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论山茛菪碱与阿奇霉素联用治疗儿童下呼吸道感染,能减少单用阿奇霉素的不良反应,提高疗效。

The study of use raceanisodamine hydrochloride and azithromycin maleate injection to treat the children's Lower Respiratory Trace Infection

Objective To study the clinical effect of Raceanisodamine Hydrochloride Injection and Azithromycin Maleate Injection to treat the children＇ s Lower Respiratory Trace Infection. Methods Choose 200 patients of the Children＇ s Lower Respiratory Trace Infection,derided into two groups freely, each group 100 patients. One group injected Azithromycin Maleate Injection on the basis of basic treatment as contrast group ; The other one injected Raceanisodamine Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of contrast one, once a day respectively, lasted 5-7 days. Results We observed significant differences between two groups in many ways （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the clinical course the increase of White Blood Cell and so on . The treatment group is better than the contrast one. The total effect of treatment group is 90%, only 77% of the contrast one, the significant differences between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The side effect of the treatment group is lower than the contrast one, such as sickness stomache the pain of vas （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Use Raceanisodamine Hydrochloride Injection and Azithromycin Maleate Injection to treat the Children＇ s Lower Respiratory Trace Infection is better. They not only can decreas the side effect of Azithromycin Maleate Injection but also increase the treatment effect.
