应用Onyx栓塞脑动静脉畸形

目的探讨应用Onyx栓塞系统治疗脑动静脉畸形的手术操作与安全性。方法应用Onyx栓塞系统治疗9例脑动静脉畸形,分析介入手术栓塞操作相关注意事项。结果7例患者中栓塞后畸形血管团完全消失1例,消失80%以上4例,50%-80%之间2例。术后发生一过性肢体麻木者1例,24h内继发出血1例。结论术前仔细研究病灶血管构筑,制定栓塞方案,术中耐心操作,应用Onyx栓塞脑动静脉畸形较为安全、畸形血管团栓塞率较高。

Using Onyx Embolization of Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformations

Objective To study interventional procedure and safety of embolization of cerebral artenovenous malformations（AVMs） with Onyx. Methods Application of Onyx embolization system in the treatment of 7 cases of cerebral arterionvenous malformations, surgical intervention of attention to matters related to operation of embolism. Results 7 ceses of The AVMs nidus are 100% embolized in 1 cese, 〉 80% 4 ceses, 50 - 80% 2 ceses. One patient has paraesthesia on limb, the symptoms disappear 5 days. Intracranial hemorrhage was found in 1 case within 24 hours after the procedure. Conclusion study the Angioarchitecture carefully, keep patient all the interventional procedure. Embolization of AYMs with Onyx is safety and efficacy.
