盐酸坦索罗新治疗输尿管下段结石的临床研究

目的评价盐酸坦索罗辛（Tamsulosin）治疗输尿管下段小结石的临床效果。方法56例输尿管下段结石的患者随机分成两组：治疗组28例,采用盐酸坦索罗辛0.4mg/d,连用2周;对照组28例,多饮水,等待排石。观察结石排出率、结石排出时间、止痛药物使用次数和剂量以及与药物相关的不良反应。结果治疗组完全排石率89%（25/28）,对照组完全排石率25%（7/28）P〈0.01,治疗组与对照组在结石排出时间分别为（6.8±2.2）d和（7.6±2.4）d,P〉0.05,两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论盐酸坦索罗辛有明显促进输尿管下段结石排出的作用。

Clinical research of tamsulosin in the treatment of lower ureteral stones

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Tamsulosin in treatment of lower ureteral stones. Methods 56 cases of distal uretal stones were randomly divided to treatment group and control group. In treatment group, the tamsulosin was administrated as 0.4 mg per day for the treatment regime, while watchful waiting in control group. Observation lasted 2 weeks and also stone expelled as end point. Results 89% （25 of 28 ）cases of the treatment group got ureteral stone eliminated during observation period, while25% （7of 28 ）in control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference between two group considering in the stone expelled date （ 6. 8 ±2. 2） d vs （ 7. 6 ± 2. 4 ） d, P 〉 0. 05 ]. No serious complication was reported in the groups. Conclusions Tamsulosin could be used in the treatment of distal ureter stone and could help the stone clear- ance.
