血清白细胞介素-18水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系探讨

目的探讨血清白细胞介素-18（IL-18）水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法选择2003年7月至2007年6月在我院就诊的冠状动脉造影阳性的冠心病患者80例（男46例,女34例）为冠心病组,同期健康体检者80例（男48例,女32例）为对照组,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清IL-18水平,并采用改良的Gensini评分系统对冠状动脉病变程度进行评分。结果冠心病组血清IL-18水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）,且随着冠状动脉病变程度的加重,冠心病患者血清IL-18水平逐渐升高。结论血清IL-18促进炎症反应,在冠状动脉病变发生与进展过程中起着重要作用,本组冠心病患者的炎性细胞因子IL-18血清水平明显高于健康对照组,并随着冠脉病变程度的加重而升高,提示血清IL-18水平与急性冠状动脉综合征患者的病变程度密切相关。

The relationship between serum level of interleukin-18 and severity of coronary artery disease

Objective to investigate the relationship between serum level of interleukin-18 and severity of coronary artery disease. Methods 80 in-patlents （46 male, 34 female ） with coronary artery disease （CAD） confirmed by coronary arteriography from July 2003 to June 2007 were in CAD group, 80 healthy adults in the same period were in control group, the serum level of interleukin-18 was tested by Sandwich ELISA, the severity of CAD was evaluated by improved Gensini scoring system. Results the serum level of interleukin-18 in CAD group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. With the increasing severity of CAD, the IL-18 serum level was increased. Conclusion Inflammatory reaction is promoted by IL-18, in the process of CAD, 11-18 plays a considering role. Result of the test suggests that the serum level of interleukin-18 is closely related with coronary artery disease process.
