| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺联合高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病（DEACMP）的临床疗效。方法：将38例DEACMP患者予针刺（主穴：内关、人中、百会、四神聪、风府、合谷、太冲；配穴：肾俞、足三里、三阴交）结合高压氧并配合对症治疗。结果：3—6疗程后，治愈10例，显效18例，有效8例，无效2例，总有效率94．74％。结论：针刺联合高压氧治疗DEACMP疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen (HOT) for delayed encephalopathy (DE) due to acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods: 38 cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning were treated by acupuncture (chief acupoints: Neiguan (PC 6), Ren-zhong (DU 26), Baihui (DU 20), Sishencong (EX-HN 1), Fengfu (DU 16), Hegu (LI 4) and Taichong (LR 3); subsidiary acupoints: Shenshu (BL 23), Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and combined with HOT. Results: After 3-6 courses of treatment, 10 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective, 8 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective, the total effective being 94. 74%. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with HOT is markedly effective for DE due to acute carbon monoxide poisoning. |
