| 摘 要： | 目的:描述大连市的吸毒人员的分布特征和发展趋势,分析吸毒的危险因素和高危人群,研究预防吸毒的有效办法.方法:通过比对大连市公安局强制戒毒所的吸毒人员档案,对1998年-2003年6月收治的强制戒毒人员2193人次进行调查分析.结果:青少年为吸毒的高危人群,吸食的毒品种类以摇头丸(苯丙胺类兴奋剂)和K粉(氯胺酮)为主,与娱乐业有关,城乡差别明显;估计大连市的吸毒人员总数为21930人,在今后的3年～5年内将以15%～30%的速度增长.结论:应加大对毒品的危害性的宣传力度,加强"无毒社区"的建设和娱乐场所的管理,开展有效的预防工作.

| Abstract: | Objective:To describe the features of distribution and development tendency of addicts in city Dalian, and to search the effective methods on preventing addiction. Methods:This contrast analysis is conducted among 2193 withdrawal members after compulsory detoxification from 1998 to June in 2003 in bureau of abstinence of Dalian police. Results: The youngsters are the high rate group in drug users. The main kind of used drugs are AMP and ketamine. It is estimated that the total members of drug users are 21930 in Dalian. This number is increasing at the rate of 15% to 30% in following 3-5 years. Conclusion:It is necessary to carry out the education on awareness of drug danger. More attention should be paid on the construction of "drug-free community" and the management of amusement places. |
