| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨丘疹性荨麻疹与季节性花粉过敏原的相关性。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测96例丘疹性荨麻疹患者及30例健康人群血清花粉过敏原特异性IgE。结果：96例患者中,血清花粉过敏原IgE抗体阳性68例（70.8%）,春季花粉阳性24例（25.0%）,秋季花粉阳性28例（29.1%）,春季、秋季花粉均为阳性16例（16.7%）,显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：丘疹性荨麻疹与季节性花粉过敏原有一定相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the relationship of papular urticaria to pollen allergen. Methods：The serum specific IgE to pollen allergens was detected by EL ISA in 96 cases of papular urticaria and 30 healthy persons. Results：In 96 patients , 68 cases （70.8% ） were positive to pollen allergens ： 24 cases （25.0% ） positive to spring pollen allergens, 28 cases （29.1% ） positive to autumn pollen allergens, and 16 cases （16.7% ） positive to both spring and autumn pollen allergens These percentages were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：There is certain relationship between papular urticaria and pollen allergen. |
