| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重型颅脑外伤合并抗利尿激素分泌不当综合征的临床特点及治疗方法.方法:定时检测血钠、尿钠变化,并根据其变化进行治疗.结果:12例重型颅脑外伤合并抗利尿激素分泌不当综合征患者, 2例 1周内恢复, 5例3周内恢复,4例5周内恢复,1例 5个月恢复,死亡 1例.结论:重型颅脑外伤合并抗利尿激素分泌不当综合征患者以低血钠、低血渗、高尿钠、高血容量为临床特点,多发生于苏醒期,轻症者易被忽视,限水治疗有效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical characteristics and effective treatment of patients with severe brain injury incorporate syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion(SIADH).Methods:The blood sodium and urine sodium were daily observed and treated according to the change.Results:In 12patients with severe brain injury incorporate SIADH 2 patients recorved in one week,5 patients recovered in three weeks,4 patients recovered in five weeks,one recovered within five months,one died.Conclusions: Low blood sodium,low blood osmolality,high urine sodium and high plasma volume are the clinical characteristics of patients with srvere brain injury incoporate SIADH,which were discovered mostly in the period of revival.Mild cases were easily ignored.The treatment of restrain fluid is efficient. |
