海府地区390例新生儿脐带血骨碱性磷酸酶值分析

摘    要:目的 探讨我国热带地区新生儿出生前钙营养状况。方法 采用骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)全血免疫浓缩法对海府地区390例新生儿脐血进行检测,并与母血BAL值对照。结果 新生儿脐血BALP值>200u/L占67.95%,其中>250u/L占10.51%。与母血BALP值比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。冬季出生的新生儿BALP值的异常率明显高于夏季出生者(P<0.01)。胎龄>42周的新生儿BALP值的正常率高于正常胎龄组(P<0.05)。结论 海府地区大部分新生儿出生前存在钙营养不良,且与孕母钙营养状况及出生季节、胎龄密切相关。增加孕期钙营养对预防先天性佝偻病与儿童佝偻病的发生有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective Investigate the status of calcium of the newborns before their birth in the tropical area of this country. Methods Immunologicaly technique was used and the concentratins of BALP (bone alkaline phosphatase) in the umbilical blood of 390 newborns were semi - determined and compared with the concentration of BALP in the blood of the mothers. Results It showed that concentration of BALP in umbilical blood of 67. 95% of the newborns was > 200u/L, and > 250u/L in 10.51 % of the newborns,much significant diffdrence was observed in comparison with the concentration of BALP in the mothers' blood( P <0.01) . Also the concentration of BALP in the borne in winter was significantly higher than the newborns borne in summer (P < 0.01) . The normal rate of concentration BALP of the newborns with gestational age of> 42 weeks was higher than the newborns with normal gestational age (P <0.05) . Conclusion Calcium malnutrition occurred to most of the nweborns in Haifu district before borne and closely related to the status of calcium nutrition of the mothers, the season of birth and gestational age. To increase the nutrient calcium is of significant importance in preventing the occurrence of congenital tickets and child tickets.
