| 摘 要： | 医院竞争力决定于医院的资源和能力。本文考察了医疗行业的竞争和服务特征,对卫生资源和医院能力进行讨论,区分医院综合竞争力和核心竞争力,比较综合竞争力评价体系,分析核心竞争力特点。医院战略目标体现医院竞争力,使用平衡记分卡有助于提高医院竞争力。
