高效液相色谱法测定调经活血片中芍药苷的含量

 目的 建立HPLC法测定中成药调经活血片中芍药苷含量.方法 用WatersC18色谱柱.流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(15∶85),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为25℃.结果 芍药苷在0.01～0.50 mg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.84%,RSD为1.37%(n＝6).结论 该方法准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为调经活血片的质量控制指标.

Determination of paeoniflorin in Tiaojing Huoxue Tablets by HPLC

Objective To estabhsh an HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Tiaojing Huoxue Tablets.Methods A Waters C18 column （250 mm×4.6mm, i.d. 5μm） was used, with mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.05 mol and L KH2PO4（15：85）, a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, detection wavelength at 230 nm, and column temperature at 25℃. Results Paeoniflorin concentration in the range of 0.01-0.50 mg/ml was linear with peak area （ r =0.9999）. Tbe mean recovery was 98.84%,RSD=1.37% （n=6）.Conclusions method is sensitive,accurate,and reproducible;it can be used as the quality control index for Tiaojing Huoxue Tablets.
