| 摘 要： | 女性患者,23岁,入院前1d不慎摔倒出现左上臂肿痛。X线示：左肱骨外科颈骨折;左肱骨上段骨囊肿（图1）。左肱骨上段MRI示：①左肱骨上段骨囊肿并近端病理性骨折、骨挫伤;②左肩关节腔积液;③左肩关节及肱骨近端周围软组织肿胀（图2-4）。即于2006年11月7日入骨科住院治疗。
