影响夫精宫腔内人工授精成功率的部分相关因素分析

目的 探讨夫精宫腔内人工授精（IUI）的妊娠率及相关的影响因素。方法 精液采用上游法洗涤，对973例不孕症患者进行宫腔内人工授精。结果 973对夫妇，行1234个周期的IUI治疗，共妊娠202例，累积妊娠率（CPR）20．76％，周期妊娠率（PR）16．37％。其中3例发生宫外孕，133例单胎，41倒双胎或多胎，25例流产，其余孕期顺利。随着女性年龄的增长，不孕年限的延长，宫腔内人工授精的PR明显降低。每周期授精1次的PR高于每周期授精2次者。子宫内膜的形态和厚度与PR无直接的关系。结论 宫腔内人工授精是一种安全可靠，操作简便，且有疗效的助孕技术；女性的年龄、不孕年限是IUI能否成功的预测因素之一。

Analysis of affection on AIH-intrauterine insemination

Objective To study the pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination (IUI)and the relative factors affecting the pregnancy rate.Methods The sperm was selected by swimming-up technology.973 infertility couples accepted IUI.Results 973 couples underwent 1234 cycles IUI,of whom 202 cases got pregnant.The cumulated pregnancy rate(CPR)was 20.76%,while pregnancy rate(PR) per cycle was 16.37%.Among them,3 cases ended in ectopic pregnancies,and 133 cases resulted in single pregnancy,41 cases were twins or multiple pregnancies,and 25 cases were aborted.With age increasing of the female and duration of the infertility,the pregnancy rate of IUI decreased significantly,which was higher in the patients receiving IUI per week than those receiving twice IUI per week.The endometrial morphology and thickness had no direct relation with the success rate.Conclusion IUI is one of the assisted reproductive technologies,which is safe and reliable as well as easy to manipulate.The female age and the duration of infertility may be one of the factors influencing IUI.
