| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脉冲式鼻腔冲洗对鼻内镜术后患者早期术腔恢复的效果。方法将86例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者按分型分为观察组44例与对照组42例，术后分别进行脉冲式鼻腔冲洗与挤压式鼻腔冲洗，判断两种鼻冲洗方法对术后窦腔清洁度、患者临床表现的影响。结果两组窦腔清洁度比较，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组鼻腔通气、黏膜充血水肿、清理后出血比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），口、鼻腔异味比较，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论脉冲式鼻腔冲洗能有效促进鼻内镜术后早期的术腔恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of impulsive nasal irrigation method on improving recovery in operation area after endoscopic sinus surgery. Method Divide 86 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps into observation group (n=44) and control group (n=42) randomly. Patients in two groups receive impulsive nasal irrigation and push type nasal irrigation respectively after operation.
