| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多学科一体化诊治模式在乳腺癌诊治中的价值.方法 建立乳腺癌多学科一体化管理模式,对两年来诊治的275例患者(试验组)与成立多学科一体化管理模式之前收治的164例患者(对照组)的临床资料进行统计分析,比较住院时间、入院至确诊的时间、治疗费用、保乳率、化疗实际剂量与标准计量的百分比、内分泌治疗的实施率、依从率、流失率及满意率.结果 试验组的保乳率、内分泌治疗率及实际化疗剂量与标准剂量的百分比均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05),而住院时间、人院至确诊的时间却显著短于对照组(P值均<0.05),满意率、依从率、随访率显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05),流失率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).试验组的人均治疗费用显著高于对照组(P<0.05),上升的费用主要用于高危患者;低危患者的人均治疗费用则显著下降(P<0.05),复诊次数也显著减少(P<0.05).结论 乳腺癌多学科一体化诊治模式可作为乳腺癌患者最适宜的诊治方案.
