摘    要:目的 探讨动态三维超声心动图空间-时间相关图像(STIC)技术在评价胎儿室间隔缺损(VSD)中的临床价值.方法 分析采用动态三维超声STIC技术对13例胎儿VSD的检查结果.并与出生后超声心动图及尸解结果进行比较.结果 动态三维超声STIC技术与常规超声在诊断VSD中的准确率分别为92.31%、84.62%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.539),可能是病例数过少的关系.动态三维超声检查时间短于常规超声,P=0.0339,差异有统计学意义.结论 动态三维超声STIC技术可准确、直观显示胎儿VSD,是胎儿期VSD准确、简便的筛选方法之一.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate dynamic three-dimensional echocardiography with spatiotemporal image correlation (STIC) in diagnosis of fetal ventricular septal defect (VSD). Methods Thirteen fetuses with ventricular septal defect were examined by three-dimensional echocardiography with STIC. Results The accuracy of three-dimensional echocardiography with STIC and conventional echocardiography in evaluation of VSD was 92.31% and 84.62%,respectively (P=0.539). The procedure time of three-dimensional echocardiography with STIC was shorter than that of conventional echocardiography (P=0.0339). Conclusion Dynamic three-dimensional echocardiography with STIC can demonstrate the location,size and extent of fetal VSD with a clear border. It is potential in screening of fetal VSD.
