| 摘 要： | 对北京市顺义区医院2004年与2005年同期住院的医保患者费用进行对比。将医保患者分为在职、退休、欠费、异地四种类型。通过对住院费及其构成的比较分析,探讨了医保患者费用控制的方向和有效途径,为医院医保患者的管理提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Compared cost of hospitalization of medical insurance patients during 2004 to 2005 in Shunyi District Hospital of Beijing City.The patients were divided into four types:on the job,retire,insufficient cost,allopatry.By comparing the cost of hospitalization and its structure,the paper studies the direction and effective methods of cost control,and provides reference to management of medical insurance patients. |
