摘    要:本文对亚急性铅中毒大鼠尿激肽释放酶排泄量进行了研究。发现血铅与尿Ka高度相关,大鼠染毒2、3个月尿Ka随血铅水平增高而增高,与对照组比较差异显著。染毒1个月停毒1个月尿Ka略有回降,染毒3个月停毒1个月尿Ka不能恢复,这与血铅水平、病理改变相一致。提示测定尿中Ka含量可直接反映肾内水平.间接反映肾铅水平。该指标较为敏感,无损伤,可考虑作为铅中毒肾损害血压改变的监护指标。

Abstract:The pattern of urinary excretion of kalli-krein(Ka) in subchronic lead intoxicated rats was studied. It showed that the values of blood lead and urinary Ka were highly correlated. The urinary excretion of Ka was increased with blood lead in the 2nd and 3rd month after intoxication, being significantly different from that of the control group. In case that after one month intoxication, and followed by discontinuation for another month, the urinary excretion of Ka appeared to be slightly reduced. However, in case of 3 months intoxication and then one month discontinuation, urinary excretion of Ka seemed to be unable to recover. These changes were paralleled to the blood lead level and the severity of pathological alterations. It suggested that the content of urinary Ka could directly reflect the renal Ka level and indirectly reflect the renal lead level. This index was sensitive and non-invasive. It could be used as surveillant index for renal injury damage and blood pressure changes during lead poisoning.
