| 摘 要： | 目的：研究茴香霉素对小鼠T淋巴细胞活性的影响。方法：通过MTT法检测ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖能力;采用ELISA测定小鼠T淋巴细胞IL-2、IL-4及IFN-γ的分泌水平。结果：高、中、低茴香霉素剂量组能够抑制T淋巴细胞的增殖能力（与对照组相比P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;各浓度组茴香霉素对小鼠T淋巴细胞IL-2、IL-4及IFN-γ的分泌水平均有抑制作用（与对照组相比P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：茴香霉素对T细胞的增殖及其活性有明显抑制作用,可能为治疗免疫反应性疾病提供新的策略。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effects of Anisomycin on the reactivity of T lymphocytes in mice.Methods：The proliferation of T lymphocytes was by MTT assay;the expressing levels of cytokine（IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γ） that screted by T lymphocytes were all analyzed by ELISA assay.Results：Anisomycin significantly inhibited the proliferation of T lymphocytes in mice;the exprssing levels of cytokine was decreased along with the increase of Anisomycin concentration.Conclusion：The results suggest that Anisomycin definitely can intitits proliferation and reactivity,which may offer a new strategy for the treatment of immunological diseases. |
