急性肺损伤肺泡巨噬细胞诱生型一氧化氮合成酶的免疫组化研究

摘    要:对大鼠用导管经颈外静脉入右心房持续灌注内毒素(LPS),观察肺组织学改变及肺泡巨噬细胞诱生型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)免疫组化改变,发现大鼠灌注LPS后,于12,24及48h出现逐渐加重的急性肺损伤改变,且肺泡巨噬细胞iNOS阳性表达数目逐渐增多;至72h,急性肺损伤改变减轻与肺泡巨噬细胞iNOS阳性表达数减少,表明生肺损伤病变程度与iNOS阳性表达数呈平行关系,提示iNOS在急性肺损伤发病机制中

Abstract:Immunohistochemical change of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) was observed in alveolar macrophages in acute lung injury (ALI) of rats induced by continuous intravenous infusion of LPS.We found that the ALI gradually severe as time went on, and the number of alveolar macrophages with positive expression of iNOS gradually increased at 12h, 24h and 48h after LPS. But ALI attenuated, and the number of alveolar macrophages with positive expression of iNOS obviously decreased at 72h.Above data indicate that the number of macrophages with positive expression of iNOS is corresponding to the degree of change in ALI, which suggests that the iNOS may play an important role in the mechanism of ALI.
