327株葡萄球菌的耐药性分析

目的：研究葡萄球菌的感染及耐药性状况，指导临床用药。方法：用VITEK～AMS全自动微生物分析仪分离鉴定菌株及药敏实验。结果：327株葡萄球菌中，金黄色葡萄球菌占12．8％(42／327)，凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占87．2％(285／327)，金黄色葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)占7．1％(3／42)，凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRSCoN)占89．8％(256／285)；MRS对头孢唑啉等15种抗生素的耐药率均高于MSS(甲氧西林敏感葡萄球菌)。结论：MRS感染较为严重，需加强其对抗生素的耐药性监测；耐万古霉素菌株的出现，应引起临床重视。

Analysis of resistance of 327 staphylococcus strains to antibiotics

Objective To study the drug resistance and infectious status of staphylococcus and provide guidance for clinical treatment. Method Strains of staphylococcus were isolated, identified by means of VTTEK-AMS automatic microanalyzer and test of drug resistance to staphylococcus to antibiotics was also performed. Results Totally 327 strains of staphylococcus were isolated and S.A and CoNSA accounted for 12.8%(42/327), and 87.2%(285/327), respectively. Of the 42 SA strains, methicillin-resistant SA accounted for 7.1%(3/42) and out of the 285 CoNSA strains, methicillin-resistant CoNSA was accounted for 89.9%(256/285). The resistant rates of methicillin-resistant strains to 15 antibiotics were higher than that of the methicillin-sensitive strains. Conclusion The infection status of methicillin-resistant strains of staphylococcus is serious and attention be paid to the occurrence of resistance of the strains to vancomycin, thus work in monitoring of the resistance be strengthened.
