| 摘 要： | [目的]了解艾滋病高危人群中HIV、HBV、HCV和TP4种病原体的感染状况。[方法]于泰安市内采集4类高危人群血清，通过酶联免疫吸附实验、明肢颗粒凝集实验和肢体金实验来检测血清中的这4种传染病原体的相应抗体。[结果]在艾滋病高危人群2257例标本中，检测出HIV感染者0例；其他3种病原体在高危人群中的感染状况分别是：HCV感染者206例（9．13％），乙肝携带者174例（7．71％），梅毒感染者70例（3．10％）。[结论]在本市的艾滋病高危人群中HCV、HBV和TP都有较高的感染率。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To survey the situation of the infection of HIV, HBV, HCV and TP in the people with high risk of AIDS. [ Methods ] The serum samples of 4 kinds of people with high risk of AIDS were collected. With the assay of enzymelinked immunosorbent, glufin-particle agglutination test and immune coUoidal-gold test, the corresponding antibodies in the serum samples were detected. [Results] In the 2257serum samples, we detected 0 case of HIV, 206 cases of HCV, 174 cases of HBV and 70 cases of TP. [Conclusion] There is high infection rate of HCV, HBV and TP in the people with high risk of AIDS in the city of TaiAn. |
