| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胆道镜在术中、术后的使用价值。方法：对６４例胆道病人先行常规手术取石和切除病灶，再经术中，术后用胆道镜检查和取石。结果：应用术中胆道镜后，胆道残石率由３７５％降至９４％；残石经术后胆道镜全部取出。结论：合理的手术加上胆道镜的使用是目前治疗胆道结石的最佳方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of using cholangioscope during and post operation of cholelithiasis. Methods:The calculi and focus of 64 patients with cholelithiasis were removed by means of routine operation and the residal calculi taken out with cholangioscope.Results:By using cholangioscope during the operation,the residual rate of calculi in the patients reduced from 37 5% to 9 4%. Conclusion:Proper operation in combination with cholangioscopy is the best way to treat cholelithiasis. |
