摘    要:目的 研究水烛香蒲花粉镇痛活性部位化学成分.方法 采用活性成分追踪并结合各种色谱方法研究水烛香蒲花粉镇痛活性部位的化学成分.结果 从活性部位分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别是柚皮素(Ⅰ)、4-羟基内桂酸(Ⅱ)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂酸(Ⅲ)、香草酸(Ⅳ)、异鼠李素-3-O-a-L-鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、香蒲新苷(Ⅵ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ).结论 化合物Ⅲ为首次从该属中分离得到的化合物.

Abstract:Objective To determine the chemical constituents of active analgesic parts in the pollen of Typha angustifolia L.Methods Bioassay guided isolation and manifold chromatographic methods were used to determine the active ingredients.Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified from active analgesic parts as naringenin(Ⅰ),4-hydroxy cinnamic acid(Ⅱ),3-methoxy-4-hydroxy cinnamic acid(Ⅲ),vanillic acid(Ⅳ),isorhamnetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnose-based(1→2)-β-D-glucoside(Ⅴ),typhaneoside(Ⅵ) and β-sitosterol(Ⅶ).Conclusion Compound Ⅲ has been isolated from Cattail pollen for the first time.
